What does a pack contain?
28 tea bags. In Daily Tea each bag holds twelve herbs and teas; in Sleep Tea, nine herbs on a rooibos base. The complete ingredient list is printed on the pack.
How do I make a cup?
Pour about 240 ml (8 oz) of boiling water over one bag and leave it for 4–6 minutes — a little longer if you like it stronger. Either tea can also be cooled and poured over ice.
Which tea is for which time of day?
Daily Tea is meant for the morning or early afternoon, once or twice a day, with or without a meal. Sleep Tea is meant for the evening.
Is there caffeine in the teas?
Daily Tea has around 18 mg per bag — less than a typical cup of green or black tea. Sleep Tea uses rooibos and herbs instead of tea leaves.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Everything here is a single purchase. There is no subscription to cancel; simply order again when you run out.
How soon does my order leave, and what does delivery cost?
We dispatch within 2 business days. Standard US shipping costs $4.95; UK and EU rates appear on the local checkout. Typical delivery: 4–7 business days in the US, 7–10 in the UK, 5–11 in Germany and France.
Can I return the tea?
Yes — unopened packs in their sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund of the purchase price. Contact support first to register the return; return postage is yours to pay and the original shipping charge is not refunded. EU and UK customers also have the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Is there anything I should check first?
Read the ingredient list on the pack. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.

Where is my parcel?
Open the Where is my order? page and enter your order number, tracking code or the e-mail address from checkout. We also e-mail the tracking details the moment the parcel is dispatched.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Every country we deliver to is listed at checkout. Typical standard delivery times in business days: United States 4–7; Canada 9–12; United Kingdom 7–10; Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria 5–11; rest of Europe 10–20; Australia and New Zealand 9–14. Details are in the delivery policy.
How do I send something back or request a refund?
Register the return with support@lulutoxstore.com within 30 days of delivery, then post the unopened packs back with tracking to the address we give you. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of inspection. The full procedure is in the Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Write to support@lulutoxstore.com straight away and quote your order number. Because orders leave within 2 business days, changes can only be made before dispatch.
