Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. 30-day return window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any pack that is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because the teas are consumable food products, opened or used packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective (see section 4).

2. How to return

1. Register the return first. E-mail support@lulutoxstore.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. For damaged or defective items, attach clear photos. Returns sent without registration cannot be accepted.
2. Ship the packs back. We reply with the return address and instructions. Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked service; e-mail us the tracking number so we can process the refund promptly.
3. Inspection and refund. Once the return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund as described in section 3.

3. Refunds

• We refund the purchase price of the returned packs within 14 days of receiving and inspecting them, to the original payment method. Refunds paid through PayPal or Klarna follow the processing times of those services.
• Under this voluntary policy you pay the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise (see section 6).
• If you return part of a bundle, we refund the amount you paid for the returned packs at the bundle's per-pack price.
• We may decline a refund under this policy if the returned item is not in the condition described in section 1 or if the return was sent without registration.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a free replacement or refund the full price including shipping. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

5. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by e-mailing us with your order number. Once the parcel has left, please follow the return process above.

6. Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

In addition to the 30-day window above, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail before the period ends. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of being told of your withdrawal; we may wait until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them. Consumable products that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons; unopened packs remain returnable. Your legal guarantee that the goods conform to the contract is not affected.

7. Refused deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, we may deduct return shipping and handling costs from your refund.

8. A note on chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. Most billing questions are resolved within days and a refund reaches you faster than a card dispute.
