About this tea
Sleep Tea blends rooibos with chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower, lavender, valerian root, dandelion, saffron and catnip. It contains no tea leaves. A pack holds 28 tea bags.
In the evening, pour about 240 ml of boiling water over one bag and steep for 4–6 minutes. The cup is smooth and floral, with the mild sweetness rooibos brings.
