We ship to the countries listed at checkout. The shipping charge for your destination is shown before you confirm your order.
2. Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of acceptance. During busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer. You receive an order confirmation e-mail when you order and a tracking e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves.
3. Estimated delivery times
Standard, tracked shipping; estimates in business days after dispatch:
- United States: 4–7 (Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take longer)
- Canada: 9–12
- United Kingdom: 7–10
- Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria: 5–11
- Rest of Europe: 10–20
- Australia and New Zealand: 9–14
- All other destinations: 10–20
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, carrier handovers and strikes can cause delays that are outside our control.
4. Tracking your order
Use the Track your order page with your order number, tracking number or the e-mail address used at checkout. If you have not received a tracking e-mail within three business days of ordering, contact us at support@lulutoxstore.com.
5. Delivery address
Please give a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for late, lost or misdelivered parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we can correct the address before dispatch.
6. Lost, damaged or missing parcels
The carrier's delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a free replacement or refund you. If the tracking shows no movement or the parcel is lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier; if the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you.
7. Customs duties and import fees
Deliveries outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees set by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. If a parcel is refused because of customs fees it may be returned or abandoned by the carrier; if it comes back to us we refund the product price minus the original shipping charge. If it is abandoned at customs, no refund is due.
